Aaleppy Fish Curry

Ingredients:

Fish
small onion
ginger
green chilli
Raw mango 1
Red chilli powder 1tbspn
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
coconut milk
curry leaves
coconut oil
corn flour (1tspn mixed in 25ml water)

Procedure:

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add onions. when it turns translucent add ginger green chilli and curry leaves. Fry them for 2 to 3 min.

Cut the mango into cubes and add them in the pan. Fry for another 2 to 3 min.

Now add the red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix it for 30 seconds and immediately add a cup of water (to avoid the powders getting burnt in oil)

Cover cook for 15 min.

After 15 min. open the lid and add coconut milk, corn flour and salt.

Add fish pieces once it starts boiling. Close the lid and cook fish for 10 more min.
