Fish Curry

Fish curry
Ingredients:

Fish - 1 lb
Onion  - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 to 3 pods
Coriander powder - 1tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice - 2 tbspn


To grind:

coconut - 1cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tbspn
Garammasala - 1tspn
Water - little

Procedure:

1. Wash fish and marinate it with turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and oil for 30 min.
2. Fry onion, when it turns translucent add  garlic and fry well.
3. Now add coriander powder and fry for 2 more mins.
4. Then add the ground coconut paste, fry for 5 to 6 mins and add some water as per your consistency along with the tamarind juice.
5. Now add fish pieces and cover cook it for 10 minutes.
6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
