Ingredients:
Ripe Banana - 3 or 4
Melted Butter - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 3/4 or 1 cup
Egg - 1beaten
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspn
Baking soda - 1 teaspn
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - pinch
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Smash the banana's nicely using pestle or fork.
- To this add butter, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix well.
- Then add the flour and mix it well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf pan and bake it for an hour.
- Cool on a rack then remove from pan and slice to serve.
--> You can add your favorite nuts to the bread and name it as Banana Nut Bread :-)
