Coconut Chutney

Ingredients Required:

     Coconut        1 cup
        Ginger        1 inch
   Red Chilli        3
        Onion        1/4 (cut in long slices)
  Asafoetida        pinch
Curry leaves       3 or 4 leaves
Mustard seeds    1/4 tspn
     Urad dal       1/4 tspn 
           Salt

Procedure:

1.Grind coconut, ginger, red chilli and onion by adding required water.
2.Add salt to the ground paste and mix it well.
3.Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. when the seeds splutter add asafoetida, urad dal and curry leaves. Season it over the chutney.

-> Add water according to your required consistency of the chutney.
